Apprentice Technician Wanted
The motor trade landscape has changed so much over the past few decades with more and more technology on vehicles than ever before. Traditionally, a career in mechanics appealed to people who preferred more practical jobs over computers and admin but times are changing.
These days you need a very good grasp of computers and electrical engineering to tackle the majority of jobs on a vehicle with electrical issues, software glitches and computer calibrations some of the more common procedures involved on a day to day basis.
We are looking for a pair of new apprentices, one for each branch, to join the Green Oval family. Ideally, recent school leavers with good predicted maths and English grades, with a strong interest in cars and at least basic IT skills.
All applicants are expected to organise their own college applications but guidance can be offered along the way.
