Absolutely exceptional service from Chris at the Leeds branch. They fixed my DPF sensor issue quickly and the whole process was so smooth and completely hassle-free. Took my Range Rover Sport to Green Oval for warranty repairs (Active Roll Control and Air-con compressor) — first time using them and I was genuinely impressed. Derek looked after everything and dealt with the warranty company directly, saving me the hassle. He kept me updated throughout, explained everything clearly, and made sure I knew if there were going to be any extra costs. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. The place was busy, but that just shows how trusted they are — and now I can see why. Green Oval will be my go-to from now on for any future work or servicing. What a fantastic experience with the most knowledgeable staff, they certainly know their Jaguar/Landrovers, where most garages are quick to strip you of your hard earned cash Brian and his team take the upmost care to save your pennies explaining every detail on your job sheet, I honestly thought it was time to sell my Jaguar but Brian gave me the full confidence that it is worth sticking with and they were more than capable of keeping it on the road. Helpful honest staff. Left my car for service, drove away in a courtesy car. Will be back later in September for MOT. In addition to this, I certainly don't trust anyone else with my Range Rover......Green Oval are an amazing team and a extremely reliable to do an excellent job. Thank you Green Oval.
